Recently, many copper ingots sold have a distinctly yellowish hue, and there are cases where brass, which is a mixture of copper and zinc, is sold as a copper ingot. Please be careful when purchasing. In overseas markets, brass is conventionally sold as copper under names like yellow copper, so it may not be malicious but rather due to ignorance that it is advertised as pure copper.
I believe these were investment-grade copper ingots obtained from the DEGUSSA SINGAPORE lineage.
