Description

Type: Hagoita (Japanese New Year's paddle)

I believe this is from around the 1940s-1950s.
It has been stored at home for a long time and shows age-related deterioration as seen in the photos.
The embroidery thread is cut in places, the paper on the corners of the Hagoita is slightly peeling, and the flowers on the hair ornament have deteriorated.
There are no issues with appreciating its nostalgic charm, so please only purchase if you understand these conditions.
