This is the ReFa CARAT (リファカラット) PEC-L1706.
It replicates the kneading technique of estheticians, deeply pinching and rolling the skin to lead to firmer skin. It generates a weak electric current called microcurrent by capturing light from the solar panel on the handle. It features a platinum coating and a 360° multi-angle structure that fits the contours of the face and body.
Purchased from an authorized retailer several years ago.
