Nambu ironware pots are a traditional craft of Iwate Prefecture with a history of about 400 years. Their excellent heat retention and heat preservation properties bring out the deliciousness of ingredients.
A small amount of iron leaches out during cooking, which is beneficial for maintaining health. They are compatible with both IH and direct flame cooking, are highly durable, and can be cherished as a lifelong item with proper care.
