A pair of old, turned wooden chrysanthemum-shaped candle stands.
These Japanese wax candle holders feature a refined design with black lacquer and brass fittings.

The chrysanthemum-shaped bases and slender forms are beautiful, making them suitable not only as Buddhist altar fittings but also for creating a tasteful atmosphere in Japanese-style rooms, old Japanese houses, or tea ceremonies.

There are signs of age such as scuffs, minor scratches, damage to the lacquer, and discoloration of the metal fittings, but they are in a condition that can be enjoyed as the unique character of old tools that have passed through time.
