This item is new and unused, but it is dirty due to being stored for a long time.
I bought it to give to someone with children, but I forgot to bring it when I met them, and I've had it ever since.
Although it's dirty, it's unused and the seals haven't been removed, so I believe it can still be used.
I would appreciate it if someone who doesn't mind a little dust getting caught when applying the transparent tape could purchase it.
If you're the type of person who gets bothered by fingerprints or lint getting on the tape when you apply it (like me), then this might not be for you.
However, if you're someone who can just say oh well and move on, it should be fine.
