Showa Retro Bamboo Woven Basket with Lid, Kori (Travel Trunk) Antique Tool, Bamboo Craft Storage Basket

Thank you for looking.

This is a nostalgic, bamboo-woven lidded storage basket (luggage).

It was found during a clean-out of my parents' home and is a piece that showcases the careful craftsmanship of a skilled artisan.
The bamboo has aged beautifully, developing a rich, amber hue that gives it a wonderful antique atmosphere.

[Features]
Design: The traditional weave is beautiful and will blend seamlessly not only with Japanese-style rooms but also with Scandinavian or natural interior designs.
Uses: Can be used for storing clothes and towels, as a container for hobby supplies, or as a display storage.
Condition: No major tears or damage, and it is in usable condition. As it is an old item, we hope to sell it to someone who can appreciate the charm of old tools such as bamboo splinters, minor scuffs, and indelible stains.

Width: Approx. 60cm
