Try this especially on heavy flow days. *After auto-dumping, the disc may shift and become prone to leakage, so gently reposition the front rim behind your pubic bone with a clean finger to reduce leakage.
[How to Use Flex Period Discs] ① Wash your hands thoroughly and, with clean hands, pinch the rim of the disc to make it narrow. It's important to check the front and back of the disc. Hold it so that the side with the rim and film adhesive faces downwards. ② Assume a relaxed posture and insert the disc into your vaginal opening. After inserting about halfway, use your finger to gently push it further back towards your tailbone. ③ Once the disc is fully inserted, lift the front rim and hook it behind your pubic bone to secure it. ④ To remove, hook your finger onto the rim and slowly pull it out, keeping the disc parallel to the floor. Please dispose of it after emptying the accumulated menstrual blood. *While it can be worn for up to 12 hours, individual flow varies, so you may need to change it after 4-6 hours on heavy days. We recommend trying to remove the disc for the first time in the bathroom.
