Description
Wild Bird Feeder
New, unused.
This is a handmade wild bird feeder made from plywood.
The four sides are widely open,
making it easy for small birds to enter from anywhere and allowing them to see the food well,
which attracts small birds.
Size:
Height: 24cm
Base: 22cm x 16cm
A string is attached to the top,
so it can be hung from a tree. Alternatively, a 2cm diameter hole is drilled on the side of the top, allowing it to be set up by inserting a pole.
(Please refer to the photos.)
For the finish, the surface of the wood is slightly torched using the yakita (burnt wood) technique to enhance durability.
As it gets warmer, small birds become more active, and various species gather.
Bird species:
Siberian Nuthatch, Japanese Tit
Varied Tit, Brown-eared Bulbul
Coal Tit, Japanese White-eye, Japanese Bush Warbler
Red-flanked Bluetail, Daurian Redstart
Sparrow, etc.
The small birds that gather will vary depending on the season, region, and location.
Pets:
No smokers in the household.
