Rowan - Freshly Cut Wood - Greenwoodworking
10.00 $
Description
Rowan Wood, Natural Wood, Unseasoned
Please enjoy processing it yourself for green woodworking, etc.
This is green wood harvested in December of last year.
We ask for your understanding that as this is green wood, cracks may form due to drying between purchase and arrival.
The unique coloring of Rowan wood is attractive.
Rowan wood is characterized by its extreme density and hardness. It is famously said that its name, meaning seven times in the kiln and still not burnt, comes from this hardness. While it's not actually that resistant to burning, it is considered difficult to ignite.
? Notes ?
- As this is green wood, warping, cracking, etc., will occur over time. However, we would appreciate it if you could understand that this is part of the charm of natural wood.
- Replies may be delayed as I work outdoors during the day.
- Returns and exchanges are not possible after shipping, so please purchase with this understanding.
