■ How to Use:
① First, wash the pad in the washing machine. This will improve its absorbency.
② Place it on your underwear and secure with snaps, just like you would use disposable paper napkins.
③ When it becomes soiled, change to a fresh cloth pad at the same intervals you would change disposable paper napkins.
④ Fold the soiled side inward and take it home for soaking.

■ How to Wash:
① First, rinse off any light stains with water.
② In a lidded bucket, dissolve about 1 teaspoon of sodium sesquicarbonate in 500ml of water and soak the cloth pad for about half a day.
③ Then, gently press and wash; the stains will come off easily.
④ Wash in the washing machine with a laundry net, reshape, and air dry in the sun.
