Introduction:

The upper and lower creasing molds of this machine are both made of highly durable steel. This machine can create beautiful creases on coated paper, tough paper, as well as copy paper. The molds do not need to be replaced frequently like rubber molds that crease poorly on thick or hard paper. This machine is ideal for bookbinding due to its small footprint and ease of operation and maintenance. It can create indented creases for files, business cards, photos, invitations, etc. The creasing molds can be changed for different width creasing indents.

1. Determine the crease position, then place the positioning block to the corresponding proofing location.

2. Bring the paper close to the positioning block simultaneously and press the handle to create the crease.

3. This machine can change the bottom mold plate.

As an optional part, we can provide a bottom mold plate that can press the bottom crease. If you have other requirements, please contact us by phone or email. We will create a corresponding crease template as needed.

Changing the Bottom Template

4. Method: Unscrew the four large bolts on both sides of the bottom hull, replace with a new bottom template, and then screw in the bolts. Align the groove of the bottom template suit with the knife, then firmly tighten the bolts.

5. If the crease is deep on one side and shallow on the other, you may need to adjust or change the inner plastic flake. Open the rear hull, move the plastic flake around, and adjust the knife height. If the plastic flake is severely worn, it needs to be replaced.

6. If the paper is folding when pressing the crease, adjust the bottom template or knife until they fit snugly together.
