【Product Name】
MONKEY-HOLD KURUMI
It's easy to carry and requires proper force to hang correctly, making it great for finger training and core engagement exercises.
I wanted to keep it for home use if I had a suitable spot, but unfortunately, I don't have one at my place, so I'm selling it.
【Item Description】Features/Specifications
A keychain-style finger training hold. Hang and train your fingers anywhere there's a corner. The shape is designed so you can't hang without the correct form. Even if you can hang, if your holding angle is wrong, it will start to tilt forward or backward, naturally correcting you to the right angle to stay hanging. Gradually increasing the hold time from 20 seconds to 90 seconds will lead to ideal form and holding. It naturally strengthens tendons and wrists, significantly reducing injuries and increasing climbing time. When aligned with the magnets, it looks like a walnut and is quite cute. The clicking sound of the wood is addictively pleasant. Comes with a colorful thin cord, making it a cool keychain too.
