Nitori Fabric Sofa Bed (Forward GY)

This is a 2-seater sofa bed purchased from Nitori in 2022.
Photos 1-5 are from the website, and photos 6 onwards are of the actual item.
I believe it has been stored and used in an extremely clean environment.

I estimate it was used daily for sitting 2-3 times a day, though there may have been days it wasn't used.
The bed function was used about 3 times in the past 4 years.
This is the approximate usage frequency.

I don't believe there are any noticeable stains.
If there are any points of concern, I can provide additional photos.

It was used in a pet-free environment.
It was generally used in a non-smoking environment, but for the past year or so, it has been stored in my parents' home (where there is a smoker). (The smoker smokes under the ventilation fan, so I believe there is almost no odor transfer.)

It transforms into a bed as shown in the third photo.
The cushions are normally soft, but the sofa frame side is about as soft/hard as a board covered with fabric. Therefore, some adjustments may be necessary when using it as a bed (e.g., using a pillow, laying down a mat, etc.).
