Description

Thank you for looking.
This is a new, unused NEPROS NBR390AFL 9.5.

I own several ratchets, including Snap-on, but this one has an indescribable beautiful finishing method, so I think it's a tool that can be enjoyed not only for use but also as a display piece.

This is a limited edition and hard-to-find item, so if you missed out, please consider it.

It does not come with a case, so I have priced it lower.
Although it is new, we do not guarantee against scratches or other imperfections on this item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly sensitive.
