【Zhaobao】Steaming Plate, Diameter 29cm
18.48 $
Description
This is a 29cm steaming plate from Shoho, featuring the Shoho brand engraved on the surface.
(Steaming Plate: By placing this on top of your existing pot and then placing a bamboo steamer on top of it, you can stably steam cook without needing a dedicated steamer pot.)
I purchased this at Shoho in Yokohama.
I bought two and gave one to my daughter, but she said she couldn't get the hang of using the bamboo steamer... so I've decided to sell the one I gave her.
*I use this with Shoho's bamboo steamers and will continue to love using them!
It's a very good product.
Steaming Plate: 29cm
Material: Aluminum
Country of Origin: Japan
Size of Bamboo Steamer to be placed on top: 13cm - 27cm
[From Shoho's Website]
The steaming plate is made of aluminum. There may be scuff marks (hairlines) that look like scratches on the surface, but these are not defects but a characteristic of the product.
As the steaming plate is made of aluminum, it will discolor with use, but this does not affect its functionality.
Thank you for looking.
