Inner rack for hagama
23.76 $
Description
This is a net (colander?) that perfectly fits a 35cm hagama (traditional Japanese rice pot).
Outer diameter: 31cm
Inner diameter: 30cm
Height: 23cm
Likely made of stainless steel as it is lightly rust-resistant.
Includes a drop lid.
It has been washed with a metal scouring pad and sharp wires have been repaired with pliers, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
It was used inside the hagama at a grocery store for cooking boiled beans and konbumaki (rolled kelp).
It is convenient as you can simply lift the colander when the food is cooked.
It cost tens of thousands of yen when purchased.
Thank you for looking.
