The silicone has been removed and reapplied.
It's much better than before, but
as this was done by an amateur, it is being relisted as a junk item for parts.
Water was added to leach out tannins, and no leaks were observed at that time.

Water leakage was confirmed, so the silicone was quickly reapplied and the leak stopped. However, I am listing it because my family stopped me from using it.
It has been cleaned with citric acid for listing, but there are still some calcium deposits that could not be removed.

Also, there are marks where I attempted to drill holes to reuse the cabinet. It was more robust than I expected, so I only managed to sand the surface + drill pilot holes with a thin drill bit.
Consequently, two screws have been driven into the side.
