Purchased from an authorized dealer, but due to rarely being home for work, I haven't had many opportunities to sit on it, so it's in excellent condition. The fabric is the highest grade, M, and has been treated with water-repellent (water beads up like an umbrella and rolls off) and stain-resistant processing. According to the store staff, it's a high-quality material that is the most resistant to stains among all fabric grades. It's rare to find an M-grade fabric listing!
I will also include the certificate of purchase from the authorized dealer.
As you can see in the photos, I always used a sheet on it when sitting, so there are no stains (the sheet is not included).
Apparently, this fabric is also used in some hotels. The seating comfort is superb. However, I am selling it because I have too few opportunities to sit on it in my current lifestyle.
Thank you for your consideration!
