There is a slight amount of rust on the edges, but they are usable without issue. How about for civil engineering or for reinforcing ground concrete?

Since March 2018, Fukuyama Transport has made significant changes to its pickup and delivery services. Due to the need to bring items to the distribution center for consolidated shipping, same-day delivery is not possible. Please allow 3-4 days. Items exceeding 2 meters in width cannot be picked up by Fukuyama Transport. These will be handled via direct charter delivery. For large items, please consult with us in advance, considering various circumstances.
Delivery to private residences is still suspended. Delivery to businesses and corporations remains unchanged. However, if the delivery slip is filled out with a personal name, delivery will be restricted to the Fukuyama Transport branch without exception! Furthermore, the shipping cost will be outside of our contract rate (standard rate) and will be considerably higher. As a solution, we recommend arranging delivery to a nearby acquaintance's shop, company, or business. If you ask them, I have a delivery coming from Fukuyama Transport on [date], could you please receive it for me!, it will be simple without complicated paperwork or financial transactions.
Of course, even if the delivery location appears to be a private residence, it is acceptable if it is under a business name.

For a truckload of goods, charter delivery is recommended.
For example, from our location, a large truck to Tokyo is 90,000 yen (excluding tax), a 4-ton truck is 118,000 yen, and a large truck is 175,000 yen. This is inexpensive!
While shipping costs are rising sharply these days, we believe these prices are cheaper than our current partner shipping companies. We also accept requests such as I want to transport goods!, I need to arrange a truck!, or I need to find a return trip!.
We do not charge any additional fees or markups on shipping costs, even for transactions unrelated to us. Please contact us once! You might be able to ship at a lower cost.

We also welcome pickups! For pickups, please arrive by around 3:30 PM.
Arriving at 5 PM sharp will take time for loading, so please allow ample time.
