This is a used item, and some parts are missing from the set. Please judge from the images.
It was mainly used for pickling bamboo shoots, removing bitterness from wild vegetables, and making ramen soup.
I am selling this because I purchased a larger pot.

It allows for stacked cooking and is useful for boiling, simmering, and steaming.

The middle steamer part (steamer) is missing, but you can make chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) using the divider and universal cups, or steamed dishes using the inner pot.

You can also stack another IH-compatible pot on top of this pot to simultaneously cook things like miso soup.
