If your home uses gas, the stainless steel on the bottom of the pot is high quality and easy to clean, so we actually recommend it even more if it's not induction compatible!

Incor features a multi-core 5-layer structure, combining three types of special steel plates (stainless steel, carbon steel, and solid aluminum) using our unique technology. The bottom, which is directly exposed to flame, quickly absorbs heat with solid aluminum, which has the best thermal conductivity. The central carbon steel evenly transfers the same temperature to the bottom, sides, and lid, while the surface is specially manufactured with the highest grade stainless steel.
No burnt marks.
I believe it is in quite beautiful condition, but as it is a used item, there are slight scratches and some discoloration.
