This is a base stand and piping pistol parts (PVC VP40-13A L-shaped type) for converting a glass aquarium into an overflow system. (Note: This is for glass aquariums, not acrylic aquariums.)

Use by drilling a hole of approximately 55φ in the glass aquarium and fixing it with silicone adhesive.
