Premium Sofa Ottoman

Ordered and purchased the highest class from NOYES.
Uses a very popular fabric that is no longer in production, making this a rare find.

This item has been displayed with a cover on and has not been used as an ottoman, so it is in excellent condition with no dirt, damage, or sagging.

This was custom-ordered larger than the standard size, so it is quite large and makes a statement.

Purchase Price: ￥134,000
(Confirmed by phone with NOYES Aoyama store earlier)

While there may be minor oversights, it is in very beautiful condition. For those who understand.

I also purchased a 3-seater couch sofa set together, and this was also displayed and is in a condition that is virtually unused.

This was also confirmed by phone with NOYES Aoyama store. The purchase price was ￥660,000. Combined with the ottoman, this is a ￥794,000 set.
This item was also covered and is in excellent condition.
I am hesitant to sell it due to the high price.

This listing is for the ottoman only, so please be aware of this.

The price reflects the shipping cost of approximately ￥10,000 for the ottoman alone.
