The lever is also short, allowing operation with small strokes, greatly improving convenience for work in tight spaces and storage. Additionally, the use of cap nuts prevents damage to the screws from unexpected impacts during transport and facilitates maintenance.
[High-Strength Body]: The integrated body, featuring a frame made of carbon steel for mechanical structural use, has undergone high-frequency quenching on the load-bearing parts and increased plate thickness, achieving exceptional strength. Combined with a tough body that uses our unique plated chain with high strength of 1000N/mm2, excellent corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, it demonstrates robust performance even in harsh environments.
[Free-wheeling Mechanism]: The unique free-wheeling device allows for quick adjustment of the load chain length, significantly speeding up work. By adopting a two-step operation to switch from lifting/lowering to free-wheeling: (1) set the change lever to neutral (N), (2) pull up the free-wheeling grip, safety is ensured by preventing load drop even if the change lever accidentally shifts to N.
