③ IDC Otsuka Furniture Genuine Leather Ottoman LS37 Gray Leather Used

Thank you for viewing.

This is an ottoman from IDC Otsuka Furniture, model LS 37, made of genuine leather.

I received this item from someone else in February, who stated it was used infrequently and in good condition.

However, shortly after receiving it, I redecorated my room, so it has been stored in a Japanese-style room without being used.

I have performed home cleaning since receiving it, and it is in a clean, ready-to-use condition (please refer to the 7th photo for the seat surface). I am listing it in hopes that someone who can utilize it will purchase it.

It is in good condition and is a beautiful item, but it is a used item. There may be minor scratches, scuffs, or dirt from use that I have overlooked. Please understand.
*The areas I noticed are shown in photos 11-15.

Dimensions: Approximately 80 cm wide, 55 cm deep, 41 cm high, leg height approximately 12.5 cm.
*Please note that these are amateur measurements, so there may be slight errors.

*The color is likely charcoal gray (photos 1-6 are closest to the actual color).
*There are no small children, smokers, or pets in the household.
*Since the fabric on the underside does not have the IDC lettering, it is likely an item from 2022 or later. The seat surface is still firm.

Please carefully review the description and photos above before considering this used item. Thank you for your understanding.
