Ceramic Incense Holder with Gold Leaf - Gold - Some paint peeling

Golden brass incense holder with signs of use on the interior. The gold plating came off while I was washing it with a sponge. The underside was painted blue from the beginning. I believe it was originally this blue, with gold plating or gold leaf applied.
