This is a multi-layer stainless steel pot with a special shape featuring a chimney in the center.
It has extremely high thermal conductivity, allowing heat to transfer from the center as well. This makes it perfect for enjoying **Shabu-Shabu hot all the way through, and also allows you to use it as a dedicated pot for baking Chiffon Cakes or Donut-shaped Cakes** by utilizing the central protrusion.

When baking, we recommend removing the handle with a Phillips screwdriver before use.
However, for cooking methods like **water bath baking (steaming)** where the food is not directly exposed to high temperatures, you can use it without removing the handle.
