What is Tagine????Tagine is a traditional Moroccan stew, and both the dish and the pot used to cook it are called tagine.
Evolved in the desert regions of Morocco, where water is scarce, tagine is a pot that can cook food with very little added water.
The steam rises to the lid's cone inside the pot, turns into water droplets, and returns to the pot, creating steam circulation. This is a great feature as it allows you to cook while retaining the ingredients' flavor and nutrients.
