This is a Jingisukan (grilled meat) pan (grill pan) made by Hokuriku Aluminum Co., Ltd.
It is a used item that has been used a few times, but it is in near-new condition with no noticeable scratches. (Please check the photos.)
This Jingisukan pan is made of thick-walled aluminum die-cast, which is rare nowadays, and its surface is coated with DuPont's SilverStone coating.
Its specific gravity is 1/3 that of iron, weighing only 1.15kg, making it very lightweight and easy to handle.
Furthermore, its thermal conductivity is about 3 times that of iron, which shortens cooking time.
