IDC Otsuka Furniture Leather 2-Seater Sofa

IDC Otsuka Furniture Leather 2-Seater Sofa

This sofa was purchased new by a family member at IDC Otsuka Furniture for the original price of approximately ￥300,000. It has been stored in a room away from direct sunlight for the past few years.
It's sized for 2 to 2.5 people.
While the original purchase documents are no longer available, we believe it is from the Austin series (Color: Beige/Yellowish).

Dimensions are as follows (please note these are amateur measurements and for reference only):
- Height: 72cm - 86cm (backrest adjustable range)
- Width: 168cm (including armrests)
- Depth: 95cm
*Cushions are included. The cushion part is removable (see image 7).
*The height of the backrest changes when the top part of the backrest is extended (see images 4 and 5).

It has been used with care, so there are few noticeable scratches or tears on the leather surface that are immediately apparent. However, there are some minor scratches and scuffs. Please refer to the images for details.

It was used under the following conditions. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about condition or are looking for an unused item.
- No meals were eaten on the sofa.
- No pets are kept.
- No smoking.

[Shipping Method]
Shipping will be via Tanomeru-bin only (includes ￥18,500 shipping fee). Art Setting Delivery staff will be responsible for pickup and packing.
Please understand that due to seller's circumstances, immediate shipping may not be possible.

[Closing Remarks]
This is a very comfortable sofa that provides a snug, enveloping feel when you sit down, with support up to the neck.
We are selling it due to a change in home layout and a consideration for replacing it as the family gets older.
Thank you for viewing.
