This is a KTC wrench, purchased around 1988. It is a 10-12 size.
Photos 7-10 show warping on both sides of the 10mm end.
There are minor scratches, metal dullness, and other signs of age-related wear from use.

The material appears to be nickel, chromium, and vanadium.
