ーーーー

A Kyo-Yuzen Kimemkomi Hina Doll with a gentle expression, a pair of imperial dolls.

An elegant Hina doll from the long-established doll studio, Matsunaga (Hitotoe).
Each piece is carefully crafted by artisans.

It comes with lacquered drawers, which can be placed on top of the drawers when displayed, and used to store small items when not in use.
(The imperial doll stand is also likely lacquered.)

The screen can be folded down onto the drawers, making it compact. (The two dolls will not fit in the drawers due to their size.)

Purchased about 20 years ago at the Yame Doll Kaikan, a specialty store for Hina Dolls.

To minimize dust, they were displayed for short periods only. When stored, they were carefully wrapped in paper and kept with moth repellents, so the condition is good for their age.
There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but please understand that they are not new and may have minor imperfections.

Sizeーーーーーーー
Overall height when the screen is spread out: approx. 48cm
Height with Hina dolls displayed (up to the top of the drawers): approx. 24cm
Depth: approx. 23cm
Width: approx. 38cm

The exact size of the dolls is unclear, but they are approximately 9-10cm wide, so they are likely size 11 or 12.
The height is difficult to measure precisely due to the decorations, but it is around 10cm.
