-------------Product Description-------------
Tango no Sekku (Children's Day) is a celebration that became established among commoners for warding off evil and praying for the health of boys.
The tradition of Koinobori (carp streamers) is said to have originated from the samurai class celebrating by raising banners and streamers. In response to the samurai, townspeople would decorate grandly with carp streamers made of paper and cotton, which is the prototype of what we have today, and the custom continues to this day.

This is the Tōsai Kabuto Kazari (with Zabuton) Yukari, a meticulously handmade seasonal decoration with attention to detail, even in its small size.
Although it is a small helmet decoration, it is solidly crafted and has a strong presence.

We wish for your precious child's growth to be filled with laughter.
This Tango no Sekku decoration, displayed with wishes for your child to grow into a kind and strong boy, will beautifully enhance the fresh greenery of Children's Day.
This compact May decoration blends well with both traditional and modern interiors.
It is also recommended as seasonal interior decor.
