This is the item shown in the first picture's color and design.

With a UV protection factor (UPF) of 50+, it blocks over 98% of UV rays, making it very useful during the summer.
The design is also lovely, allowing you to enjoy a cafe-like atmosphere.
The angle and height are adjustable.

Parasol:
There is a tear on the top due to deterioration.
Replacement canopies for the parasol are sold at IKEA for ￥7,990. We recommend purchasing one if you are concerned.

There are some stains on parts of the fabric, but they should come off to some extent with washing.

Parasol Base:
There is some fading due to deterioration.

There is some rust on the lower part of the main pole.
This is shown in the photos.

Pickup will be at the entrance of a detached house.
Parking is available for a few minutes by the side of the road.
Assistance is available.
It was a tight fit, but I was able to transport it in a Toyota Noah minivan.

Payment will be processed through Mercari.
