??Couch Sofa Description (excerpt)
A traditional style loved by British gentlemen.
A compact couch sofa designed with consideration for Japanese living spaces.

A key feature is its distinctive design that emphasizes sitting with legs extended.

Instead of the common continuous nailheads, this sofa uses time-consuming individual nailheads. It also features rolled arms and cabriole legs (claw feet).

This was used as a secondary sofa in my second home's private room.
The construction and fabric are solid, and the seat and armrests, which are prone to wear, are in relatively good condition.

Currently, it is set up as a low sofa, but previously it had the legs attached. The legs have minor scratches and signs of repair.
There are small marks on the velvet where the pile appears to be flattened in the area where your feet would rest when sitting with legs extended.
