This is a souvenir from China, likely from the 1980s-1990s. The back of the pendant (second photo) has the inscription 合力扬帆创赢无限, which translates to Join forces, set sail, and create infinite victory.
There is a tear on the top of the cushion used for storing the pendant (second photo). Please check the photos carefully.
