Soto Zen Buddhism Soto Three-Buddha Statue Shakyamuni Three-Buddha Hanging Scroll for Buddhist Altar
12.47 $
Description
Purchased at Eihei-ji Temple, the head temple of the Sōtō Zen sect in Fukui.
I don't have a Buddhist altar at home, so I kept it in the living room, but after a while, I stored it at home.
As shown in the image, the metal part at the bottom is peeling.
There are stains on the background of the painting.
The original purpose is to hang it in the center of a Buddhist altar as the principal image.
In the center is [Shaka Nyorai], the founder of Buddhism.
To the right is [Dōgen Zenji], one of the founders of the Sōtō Zen sect.
To the left is [Keizan Zenji], the other founder.
When shipping, I will have to fold it, but I will pack it carefully.
