They can be used in place of honeycomb filter media in filter tanks or filter machines.
Depending on the pond conditions, use approximately 5-6kg per 1-2 tons as a guideline.
The effect lasts until the oyster shells are depleted.
There is no need to wash or crush them finely.
Simply place them in the filter tank.
