Shoho Wok
Our Shoho woks, stamped with the Shoho mark, are convenient single-handled Beijing pans shaped like frying pans.
These are simple Japanese-made woks pressed from iron.
Their excellent heat conductivity, ability to impart iron into food, durability, and suitability for high-heat stir-frying are attractive features.
The iron handle can get hot during long cooking times, but this can be managed by wrapping it with a dry cloth or using oven mitts.

?Safety Precautions for Woks
Do not store food in the wok for extended periods.
Never leave the wok unattended while cooking.
After cooking, wash the wok immediately while still warm with lukewarm water or plain water. Do not use neutral detergents; instead, clean with a bamboo brush or a plant-based scrub brush.
Then, wipe thoroughly to remove all moisture.
Be careful of burns as the handle and other parts may be hot during or after cooking.
Please refrain from using the wok if the handle or other parts are in an incomplete condition.
