This is a ready-to-assemble item.

The wire is secured with bolts, but can be tightened considerably by pulling.
It's difficult to achieve full tension by hand, so please use tools to tighten.
You don't need to pull it to the absolute limit; adjust it to a reasonable tension. ^ ^

It has been aged and given a vintage-style finish.
