An authentic stainless steel yukihira pot carefully finished by craftsmen in the Tsubame-Sanjo region of Niigata Prefecture. The material used is stainless steel. Due to its material properties, it is rust-resistant, stain-resistant, and lightweight, making everyday cleaning easy. It can also be cleaned with a firm sponge and scrubbed vigorously.
