These are DIY parts for fixing 1x4 lumber vertically to create posts.
To simply erect posts, no complex procedures or special tools are required.
They can be securely fixed using jack force, making them easy to install.

Imitation and plagiarism prohibited.
The structure is different from plagiarized products.

Plagiarized products have loose bolts and lack strength.
The upper part has fixed bolts, making it stronger than plagiarized products.
It is fixed by a special method and cannot be removed.

Installation Method

① Cut the 1x4 lumber that will be the post to a length of approximately 80mm less than the installation height (there may be slight individual differences, so measure the adjuster when it is at its shortest).
② Screw the bottom of the adjuster to the top of the 1x4 cut in ①. (See Photo 4)

* Using the pilot hole at the bottom as a guide will make it easier to drill into the post.
Since 1x4 is thin, drilling pilot holes will also prevent splitting.

③ Insert the threaded part of the adjuster's top into the hole drilled in the post in ②.
④ Once positioned in the installation location, stand it vertically (use a level), and tighten by turning the lower nut clockwise with a wrench to create tension.

Required Tools

〇 13mm wrench or monkey wrench or other tool to turn the nut
〇 Electric drill or impact driver or Phillips screwdriver
〇 Saw (You can also have it cut at a home improvement store)
〇 Level (Apps are also available.)
Drill not required

Due to being handmade, there may be slight variations.

Assembly only requires screwing, just like commercially available adjusters.

This is a finished product, so all you need to do is screw it together.
Since it's 1x4, if you make the posts long and thin, they may bend when tensioned. If you want longer posts, 2x4 is recommended.
