This is the Quattro Gatti series of small wallets.
It's a button-closure folding coin case with black leather and red interior. It holds coins, bills, and cards and fits in the palm of your hand.

I purchased this new from the manufacturer and used it a few times, but I received another wallet as a gift, so I'm selling this one. There is some pilling on the felt inside, but it is in near-new condition.
