Aluminum stockpot with cast iron handle.

Shimamoto Seisakusho product
Thick plate aluminum pot
SS stamp
This appears to be a retro type of product.

The handle is not plastic.
It's cast, so I imagine it gets hot [Please note].
It's a stockpot for professional/commercial use with better heat conductivity than stainless steel, boiling water faster...
However, it's a small-sized stockpot that's easy to use even in homes.

Perhaps due to long-term storage...
There is discoloration on the underside of the lid [If you boil it with citric acid (lemon juice?), it can be removed to some extent... maybe?]. I tried scrubbing it, but it didn't work.
I think the rest is clean [Please judge from the images _| ̄|○].

Origin unknown.
Unused in our home [Yet... it was stored in a plastic bag with other pots under the kitchen counter.].

It looks old, with scratches and discoloration on the underside of the lid, but it still has plenty of shine.

- Material: Aluminum
- Lid Type: Flat lid with knob
- Handle Type: Dual side handles
- Signature: Pro-stuff engraved on lid

Please make good use of it _(┐「ε:)_

ヾ(???)ノThank you in advance~
