[Common Information for All Products]

- Shipping typically takes 4-7 days.

- We will measure the package size after packing and ship using the most economical shipping method.

- If you comment before purchasing, we can accommodate requests for faster shipping, anonymous shipping, or specific delivery dates. However, if these options increase the shipping cost, the additional amount will be added to the price.

- If shipping via standard mail or mini letter, delivery is subject to the post office's schedule, and we cannot predict or guarantee delivery dates.
Delivery may take 8 days or more due to factors beyond our control, such as weekends, holidays, or severe weather.
We always adhere to the shipping deadline, so please refrain from inquiring about delivery dates after shipping.

- Due to recent early delivery prompts from Mercari's administration after shipping, it seems that automatic notifications for evaluation are often sent even if the item has not arrived.
As it has become difficult for sellers to prevent automatic transaction completion, if the item does not arrive for a long time, please press the button that appears at the top of the transaction page, such as Do not automatically complete transaction.

- In cases of prolonged non-delivery, even considering holidays and severe weather, we will initiate a postal accident investigation.

- Other issues will be handled in accordance with Mercari's official rules.

- We take great care in listing, packing, and shipping. However, please note that measurements are taken by an amateur, packaging may use recycled materials, and packing may be simple. There may also be oversights.
While we will do our best to be thorough, please reconsider purchasing from us if you expect the service of a shop, are looking for perfection, are concerned about minor details, have strong preferences, or have many personal rules.

- We have pets (cats), but the room where Mercari items are stored is separate from the cats' living space.

- Refunds after transaction completion are difficult due to the system, and we cannot accommodate them under any circumstances.

Immediate purchase is prioritized / Silent transactions are acceptable / Comments will be deleted after 24 hours / No smokers

We apologize for any shortcomings.
