I've loved using this pressure cooker, but I'm selling it because it's no longer compatible with my new IH stove. It is for gas stoves only.

I used it until recently and there are no functional issues, but the indicator line on the pressure pin has faded. (See photo 4). The mechanism is that when the pin rises to the top under high pressure, two lines are visible, and under low pressure, only one line is visible about halfway up. (You can tell by the height of the pin).

Also, a small crack was found on the underside of the handle, but it does not affect stability. (See photo 5).
I have cleaned it as much as possible, but there are signs of wear. Therefore, please only purchase if you understand and accept all of the above.

I also own an inexpensive pressure cooker from a domestic manufacturer, but the usability of this one is completely different. The pressure doesn't drop immediately after turning off the heat, so it's perfect for dishes that require you to remove them from the heat a little earlier than the recipe and let them sit for a while.
The lid cannot be opened until the pressure has completely subsided. If you're in a hurry, you can cool the area around the lid (avoiding the central pin) with water to release the pressure and open the lid. (Please check online for details).
