Description
This is a gasket (packing) for the Asahi Light Metal pressure cooker Katsuryoku Nabe (SW model).
Everything shown in the photos is included.
This is a consumable part that was included with the SW model 5.5L pot manufactured in 2002.
In addition to general dirt, there are cuts in two places.
Operation has been confirmed, but it is being sold as a junk item.
When the cuts are aligned with the gasket inspection holes on the lid, it seems that some pressure is released. However, the weight still shakes firmly.

This is common to both the SW model 5.5L and 3.0L sizes.
The shape and size are different from the currently mainstream ZK model and cannot be used interchangeably.
