The Ayur Chair is a chair that helps anyone easily sit on their ischial tuberosities and guides them to an ideal posture with an upright pelvis.
By sitting on your ischial tuberosities, your pelvis will stand upright, and your spine will form an ideal S-shape.
Simply sitting naturally engages your inner muscles, turning your daily sitting time for work or meals into training that prevents lower back pain.
