This is furniture from the American brand Lazy Boy.
The item was intentionally given a vintage finish when new, so it's difficult to tell if the scratches and stains were present from the start or acquired later. Please check the photos. The seat and back are upholstered with fabric and have cushioning. As it has been barely used, there is almost no sagging.
